Robert (Bobby) Thomas Morgan, 77, of Baskerville passed away December 27, 2018 from complications due to cancer. Son of Henley Morgan Sr. and Anne Buntin Throckmorton. He was a father of three, son Scott Morgan (deceased), and survived by his daughter Janet Clarke and son in-law Tom, son John Morgan and daughter in-law Catherine, his brother Henley Morgan and sister-in-law Vickey from Baskerville, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews. Also a host of very close friends from his many years living in Maryland.

Bobby loved life and was an avid hunter, fisherman and story teller. He went on his last fishing trip in August, which he joyfully recounted up to the end. A family memorial service will be planned for a future date.

Donations in his name can be made to the American Cancer Society.

Farrar Funeral Home is serving the Morgan family.

From your pictures it is so obvious that Bobby was loved by everyone. I am deeply sorry for the loss of your loved one and dear family member. May the loving words at Revelation 21 verse 4 give you hope and comfort

I would like to express my condolences in the loss of your dear loved one. The bible gives us hope of seeing them again in the promised resurrection to come according to scriptures such as [John 5:28-29] and [Acts 24:15]. We find further hope in scriptures like [Isaiah 25:8] and [Revelations 21:3-5] which says in part that Jehovah God will wipe out every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, because God will swallow up death forever. I hope these scriptures will be of some comfort.
With Deep Sympathy.
