Obituary for Amanda "Mandy Harris Lucy
Mrs. Amanda “Mandy” Harris Lucy, age 40 of Myrtle Beach, SC and formerly of South Hill, died Friday, April 12, 2019. She is survived by her parents, Joe & Ginger Harris,Jr of South Hill Va: two children, Kayla Wells and Aryn Peters both of Myrtle Beach, SC; a brother, Craig Harris (Michelle) of South Hill; a sister Ashley Hurley (Scott) of Powhatan; her grandmothers, Sena Gregory and Murtice Harris and two nieces, Sophie Harris and Ava Harris. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Mason Gregory and Joe Harris, Sr.
Mandy worked at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach. She will be remembered for loving the beach and spending time with her children picking up shells along the shore. Mandy also had a special place in her heart for dogs, especially rescue dogs and her beloved Millie and Roxi.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2pm, Saturday April 20, 2019 at Tabernacle Baptist Church in South Hill.
